A fun Sunday evening with friends trying out some Satay (chicken, mutton and prawns) at Lau Pa Sat along with local beer.
Oh, and the tissue packs are what you keep on the table to reserve it. And they aren’t free!

That’s the view from the Fresco Rooftop Bar at 1-Altitude in Singapore. It’s on the 65th floor and makes for an awesome evening with great views of the city. I would say it’s a must visit.
Super large mussels in spicy tomato gravy, served with some Sauvignon Blanc. Italian coffee for dessert.

The party neighborhood of Singapore, called Clarke Quay. Lots of bars, restaurants and clubs. Super fun. Singapore knows how to party for sure. You have to visit to know what I’m talking about. Good places to go to (the ones I tried):
Bars: Le Noir, Crazy Elephant
Restaurants: Marrakesh
Clubs: Attica, Aqua Nova
I’m sure there are more that are good too… Explore the place and do share!

Tried some Indonesian fare.. The main course was Ayam Pop, a dry chicken dish with green and red chillies. Spicy!
Lamb Kofta, Apple Tea and Rose Mint Sheesha at Sufi on Arab St in Singapore. A lovely way to spend a lazy Sunday evening. Oh, and did I mention it’s all outdoor seating? Must visit.
